This is the reason his lights were off. I have the same feature on my car and never turn the lights either on or off manually, so I can completely understand his situation. Who are you people to judge whether or not he was too drunk to be driving? This blog post and the responses are an example of a celebrity being unfairly targeted and judged because of his fame. He was found to be under the legal limit and was declared not guilty. It only took the jury an hour to decide this case. Furthermore, he was not intoxicated and does not act as such during this video. Rafer answered the officer's questions clearly and promptly. It was only after the officer kept repeating the questions that Rafer became upset. He did not want to be made to look like a fool, probably knowing he was being videotaped, and simply decided to end the conversation and let the legal system handle it, as it did fairly.
