They party alone or drive to the hotel bar and end up drinking much more than they can actually handle. What these people do not take into account is how they are going to reach home safely. Because of their arrogance, these people do not take assistance of their friends and family members in such situations.

Despite hearing about the injuries and deaths happening because of drunk driving, these people drink and drive without realizing how it can have a negative impact on their life. If you have drink and drive and has not been involved in any sort of accident so far, it’s your good luck but remember luck is not going to favor you every time. Therefore, do not take any more risk and do not drive while intoxicated.

It’s really tough to know your impairment level after you have consumed a given quantity of alcohol. You cannot decide on your own whether you have drunk too much or not? In some cases, even a bartender which has so much experience in these matters can face plenty of difficulty in letting you know whether you are fit for driving or not. Before driving, you need to have a proper understanding of blood alcohol content level.

Stress and Drunk Driving

Recent study has come to the conclusion that stress plays a significant part in the majority of drunken driving cases. When you have no tension in your mind, you are not going to consume too much alcohol and therefore possibility of any accident happening is going to be lot lower.

Depression Triggers Drunk Driving

Depression is one of the most significant factors responsible for drunk driving. Individuals that are depressed are more prone to accidents because their mind is always on other matters rather than focusing on driving alone.
