Those were happy days. Everyone in the family posing for photographs during wedding, birthdays and wedding anniversaries; those were carefree days, when enjoying life neither restrictions nor limitations. Fond memories of those days just pass by like cool evening breeze, relishing every moment of life and a wish to retain those moments of utmost happiness making the entire world come to a standstill and the time spent with loved ones continuing for eternity!
The very thought makes us happy, excited and enthusiastic. How I wish we only had pleasant memories, with untoward incidents just not happening in our lives! The hard fact is that it is those incidents which make us realize these happy moments and the worthy time spent with our near and dear ones.
Drunk Driving – DWI Offense – Innocent Victims
Lives of those who met with drunk drivers were cut short, leaving behind loved ones who suffer for life. Drunk driving has been a continuing menace for years now swallowing thousands of lives every year. DWI Regulations
In order to control the drinking and driving menace, many laws, regulations and their enforcements are put in place. Legally accepted level of Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) of .08 has been established in order to control impaired driving and consequent vehicle mishaps. While BAC level has been imposed for adults, all individuals below the legal drinking age of 21 years are treated at Zero Tolerance BAC. Any amount of alcohol content in the body of individuals (Zero Tolerance) they are convicted under DWI offense and subjected to suspension of license, fines and jail term.
