How about you – Have you ever been arrested for DUI?
The legal limit is .08 in California. A person with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 to .10 is considered to be legally intoxicated. A driver with the blood alcohol concentrated (BAC) of 0.10 or greater is more likely to be involved in a fatal motor vehicle accident than a driver who has not consumed any alcohol.
Studies have shown that consuming any amount of alcohol can impair your driving and increase your chances of being in a fatal motor vehicle accident or causing bodily harm to an innocent bystander. You do not only put yourself at risk, you also put the lives of innocent people at risk as well. Unfortunately, we still find that many people still choose to drink and drive regardless of the dangers involved – Are you one of those people?
