My neighbor's daughter passed away three years ago and had a son living with the mother's mother or grandmother. To make this short the son was awarded by the Judge to the father that has six DUI or DWI. How can a judge send a child to a father that has beer in the refrigerator and stale milk. Why is this father driving a car altogether. The child has come home two weeks ago with bruises on his body. Why isn't the father in jail for child abuse? All information can be documented.
